After your order will be taken care of by our shipping partner TNT, you will receive a tracking number to follow its status.
We pack with utmost care for security during shipping, but cannot guarantee the safety of the items while on route. We are not liable for damage incurred during transit or delivery.
Delivery times are not under our control, nor are they the sellers responsibility.
Any custom charges or import duty on international orders is the buyers responsibility. These fees are not included or covered by the seller. Please contact your local custom office for more information on these charges. All shipments originate from Italy. Currently Italy has special regulations concerning shipping to Iran, Russia and Ukraine so we cannot ship direct to these countries. Please contact us for special arrangments.
If for some reason your purchase doesn’t work out, we accept returns within 14 days for exchange or refund. Please email sales@sohildesign.com within 7 days of receipt of your order for return authorization.
Shipping charges are not refundable and all return shipping costs are responsibility of the buyer.
We recommend all returns be send insured and with tracking as we cannot be held responsible for lost or damaged products.
All items must be unused and in new conditions as received. Returns that are damaged, soiled or altered may not be accepted and sent back to the customer.
Any custom orders or sale items are final sales and may not be returned.

We do not store on our servers credit card or other financial data about the users of our site.
